Cora Ball -
https://soulhippy.com/collections/cor...
If you look on a item of clothing in your wardrobe you may find it has plastic in it, although these materials are called synthetics. For instance nylon, viscose and polyester, there are so many more but it is all words that don't sound quite right. Those materials, when you wash them little tiny pieces of plastic come off and go straight into our water system, but there so tiny water systems can't clean it out. But the Cora ball catches all those to prevent micro-plastics in drinking water.

How To Plan Your Month For You
The Month Of November (My favourite) is coming up and in this blog post I am going to tell you how to plan it for keeping your mental state happy, self discovery and self love, all things that are vital to keep us happy.
JOURNALS:
- My Gratitude Book
In my gratitude book i don't just use it for gratitude I use it to.
- Set Intentions In the Morning
- Say What Went Well In The Evening
- 3 things within 3 subjects
How I Set Each Morning Out
Intentions:
3 thing I love about myself:
3 things I love about my life:
3 things I am grateful for:
I usually write 3 subject and three things in each subject, and the subject do change according to my needs
How I Set Out Each Evening Out
What went well today:
3 things I love about myself:
3 things I love about my life:
3 things I am grateful for:
In my Bullet Journal I have 2 pages.
- Emotion Tracker
- Habit Tracker
In my emotion tracker it is a wheel and it is split into 28 30 or 31 wedges (Depending on how many days in that month) and in each wedge I write down my emotions from that day.
In my habit tracker it is like any old habit tracker, but I really like it because it it can help me see if i missed something that day, maybe that is way I was unhappy (I would see that in emotion tracker.)
At the begging of each week I do a mind check up. Which is sort of like stream of conscouisness but it is mainly focused on my thoughts in my mind and of the way I have been feeling mentally.
In the same book after i finish the mind check up i round it up into a page I call NEWNESS. In this page I round up things I want to add more of in my life, to give you some ideas:
- Reading
- meditation
- Journal
- new project
- Ayurveda
- yoga
- time management
- art
- early mornings
- early nights
- routines
- no tech time
- self care/me time
- walking
- running
- slowing down
- prioritising to dos
- decide on a new project
- take away a project if you have to much on
- no plastic
- vegan, or vegan 3 days a week (But recommend all the time.)
- drink more herbal tea
But of course these are going to be tailored to your needs.

No Poo
7 months ago I decided to stop using conventional hair care in general, shampoo, conditioner, hair oils.
I use just water to clean hair as in my area we have soft water, and I do that 2 times a week, but there many different things to use such as:
I use just water to clean hair as in my area we have soft water, and I do that 2 times a week, but there many different things to use such as:
- Apple cider vinegar
- bicarbonate of soda
- soap nuts (A VIDEO on soap nuts)
Finding something to use is different for all hair types. I have thin hair but a lot of hair.
When i went no poo, my hair started growing in length and in thickness, it is so much more soft and less straggly. I have barley as many split ends after cutting my hair, and so it is 10x stronger. It is exactly the same as shampoo, but i have found much less build up and my hair can not get as greasy as quick.
After one month my hair started to feel really crunchy and groggy, very greasy. But it only lasted 2 weeks, I think the reason it lasted such a short time is because before hand i was only washing it twice a week. I recommend slowing down and reducing how much shampoo/ hair care you use to about once a week over the period of i would say 3 months.
If you keep brushing your hair it will spread the oils go down the ends of your hair, and keep going through the process of greasy, waxy hair as it will end.
Reasons No Poo Is More Environmental;
- No packaging, as even though shampoo bars don't have packaging, but there is more in the process of making it.
- Ingredients, some ingredients in shampoo and hair care is really bad for the environment, with deforestation and so death or extinction of animals (Here is VIDEO on how make up is bad for the environment, talking about deforestation and animal extinction.)
- Hairs health, i felt stripping back my hair most days felt wrong and unnatural.

Simple ways to live more sustainable
Little changes to make the world less full of wasted plastic.....
Bamboo toothbrushes:
An amazing little switch that will have no actual change to your life, i buy mine from amazon but if you have a bulk shop or any kind of health food store try and buy from there instead. No toothbrush that has been made will ever leave our planet that scared me more than not being able to just pop to the shop and crisps and meat.
Stainless steel bottles:
Again switch that will have no effect on your life what so ever, other than your drink being colder or warmer depending on the drink. I love mine i got mine from a bulk food store in London called the store bulk foods, and its amazing keeps your water much colder and tea is warm for ages.
Re-usable bags:
I am very sure you have heard of these i love them, just keep a few in the back of your car and you'll be ready to go and think of all the plastic bags you'll save.
Charity/thrift stores:
I love charity shopping its a win for everyone, you get cheep clothes money goes to charitys and you are reusing old clothes.
Thank you for reading my little tips on living more sustainable if all of us do a little bit it will do huge differences.
I have a YouTube Channel where i post more videos on zero waste, minimalism and a few random ones here and there, I did also make a video on this.

Zero Waste intro
The Main things about Zero waste...
a couple weeks ago i decided to change my lifestyle to less waste.
This meant refusing plastic.
Reducing how much i buy (Beauty, Fashion and Food.)
Reusing old things like clothes.
Rotting (composting) old food (Banana skin...)
And lastly recycling ALL WAYS LASTLY, use recycling as your 5 option, what happens is it gets downgraded and downgraded until eventually it ends up in landfill or the ocean.
Then another little tip, if you have beauty products sitting in your cupboard or clothes, then always give it away because it will sit in there for about a year then go to reach for it and its gone off or doesn't fit or has holes in it, then it needs to be recycled so give it or donate it!
CLOTHES:
Independent Brands
Using small brands is an amazing way to be more ethical. Big brands is one of leading causes to
pollution, also how there made (especially cheap brands,) is awful.
Organic cotton
Is an amazing sustainable materiel best used for clothing, and a great way to shop ethically.
second hand
Really amazing way to be more sustainable when buying clothes. Because you are giving these clothes another life.
giving second hand
Giving clothes and beauty products is a great way to reuse things (Even though your not actually reusing it.)
- Bamboo toothbrushes are an amazing little environmental switch. No plastic toothbrush will ever leave so switching to bamboo will make the world of differences
- Carry canvas bags with you everywhere, you never can be to sure. You should also carry water bottle, or what i use is one of those stainless steel thermal bottles, which keeps thing warm and cold so i can carry water in there but if i want like a costa i have my bottle with me.
- I wanted to wright something on REDUCE. Consume less in all areas manly the main areas which are foods beauty and clothing. Foods reducing is an amazing thing, buy less so if you know you never eat granola don't buy it and don't over buy because as you will see it is a major problem. Having 2-3 body washes isn't the best way to buy, obliviously use them up but you only need 1 of each. Fast fashion and cheap clothes, i did touch on earlier on in the post but yes try and shop as ethically as possible, fast fast has my areas that are bad, i am not going to talk about it today though, as i am not that knowledgable in that area
Thank you for reading i do have a YouTube channel which i post on once a week as well. I did also make a Video talking about zero waste as well.

Friday = Self-Care-Day
What I do every other Friday for self care....
Every other Fridays I have a self care date. I spend that day with only myself, doing things that makes me happy, grows my knowledge and doing things that help me to stay on the right track with my life and goals and also things that help me relax!
( I also just made a video on this HERE)
Firstly I start my day with a little lie in watching TV though so my sleep cycle isn't ruined (Currently re-watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S .)
Then when i get out of bed i love to do a long yoga//meditation session.
I'll then clean through my room to have a nice setting for the day.
We're probably by the afternoon now. So i will then do a lot of painting in front of the TV on my bedroom floor. I love doing art especially on self care days because it ticks all the box's. Its like a therapy session, it grows my knowledge and makes me very happy.
Then i will walk in my office and plan some content, make to do lists that kind of stuff.
Whilst i am in my office i will print some inspiring pictures, so i can later re-do my inspo board ( I have blog post on how to make them Here.) And also go through some months goals. I will have a look in a page called my life in 2019, that i make very quarter of the year, then i will see what i can do to be closer to my goals
It is most likely the evening now so of course I will have spa. (I do have my spa routine just Here.)
Thank you very very much for reading, i hope you stick around for next weeks blog post.
I do have a YouTube Channel. That i post every Monday on. All about self care, dream life and a few beauty and fashion here and there but not very often.

How To Get Out Of A Rut
Some ways to help get out of a rut...
Embrace it
Just let it happen. One day or another you will get bored, then that is when you will have a lot motivation.
Mantras
I am sure if you do meditation you'll know what i am talking about but if your not, then a mantra is basically a repeating of words, i am not too sure. But what i did is repeat the word. Shedding the past, new beginning, being the best version of my self. This felt amazing. Sometimes it can be hard to clear your head but after not letting my ego get involved and just, well i imagine driving past the thoughts, but whatever works for you.
Slow steps
Just by waking up 10 minutes earlier, getting out of bed and eat breakfast down stairs or do your skincare routine. Any steps will count.
It doesn't have to be a big change
Getting out of your rut doesn't need to be a huge thing, it will just happen.
(Here is a quote i really love.)
Break It down
Take apart the steps that will get you out of your funk (Getting out of bed, getting work done, Doing yoga...) So for instants being productive, the first step would be to get out of bed, then make your bed, brush your teeth, wash your face, walk into a place where you do work, open your laptop..... You get it, take step by step and it will seem easier.
Major clean
This is one for at the end of your rut when you are now really just need a new. Make your space different, either by cleaning or by re-decorating, you can also just move your room around. This will give a new feeling to your life.
Thank you so much for reading this Mondays Blog post, be sure to pop your email in to the top of my page, you can then get emails when i upload. I only upload once a week so i won't be sending crazy amounts.
I also have a YouTube Channel I have posted a ruts inspired video on there too.

Things To Do For Self-Care
A list of things i love to do for self-care....
Water
An obvious, but still good one to do for self care. This isn't one like have spa! but more of a good self caring thing to do everyday.
Skincare
Something I really love to do is skincare, you could double this up with a spa. Take some time really get into your pores and cleanse them right through. This makes me feel amazing.
Yoga/Meditation
Quite a well known thing to do for self care. But I have to stay it is my favourite. I do yoga and meditation anyway, but if i was having a self care day i would really take some time with it.
Burn sage
I love burning sage, you can get it online and in some stores. This gets rid of any negative energy. I am not to fond on the smell, but it really refreshes the room.
Art
Art really calms me it might not be for everyone, but everyone can do it so give it a go. Pop on the TV and DRAW!
Make/Gather inspiring pictures
Pretty much a vision board (I have a Blog Post on how to make one.) I love to see them everyday to help me stay on the right path.
Rest
Sometimes its good to take a little time to sit in front of the TV with a cuppa tea, and just be calm. You have no worries no thoughts no nothing when your doing this. You'll get a good earned re-charge.
Dry Brushing
Try dry brushing Lavendaire mentions how to do it Here.
Thank you for reading, there will be a post/video coming soon on what self care is. I have a YouTube channel you can check out.
I will see you on Monday for a brand new post.

March Favourites
Some things I have loved using through March....
Burts Bees Radiance Toner:
I have been loving this toner from burts bees, not much to say other than it works really, really well!
Lumene Glow Boost Essence
I wouldn't say it gives more glow, but i really helps with oily skin because it helps your moisturiser sink in, I do really love this one. I will say it is quite pricey for what it is.
Eye Liner:
I have been loving putting some crayon liner in my waterline this month. I especially love one from EyeKo
Rowena Tsai:
I have been loving watching this lovely lady on YouTube. She really gives some amazing advise.
Thank You so much for reading, I know this was quite a short one but I also have some on a YouTube VIDEO, and HERE is my channel. And i'll see you next Monday for a brand new post!

March Bullet Journal Setup
How My Bullet Journal looks like for March.....
For March I made my bullet journal have a lot less pages because I wasn't using ANY of them other than blog and video planner, so here we go my March Bullet Journal!
Page 1 is the same Monthly overview, but with no habit tracker, it just wasn't working, i wasn't filling it in, so I left it.
Then next to it is my Goals I did actually use this and loving it, so I kept this.
Page 2 Is the Blog planner as you can see, all the same.
Page 3 Is the video planner, I did doodle some play buttons on there, and that is the only difference.
Thank you so much for reading, I know it is really short, and I am so SORRY but there are not many pages for this month. I post ever Monday and Friday. I also have a YouTube Channel which I love, you can go and check that out I post every Monday on there.

Ways To Stay Focused, And Not Procrastinate
Some Ways I Found Helpful To Stay Focused....
1. Music. One of my favourite ways to get my head down and work, is to listen to a playlist on Spotify (Called yoga and meditation, if the link does not work.) I find I can hear no distractions and it really helps me.
2. Stream Of Consciousness. This really help me to get rid of any thoughts that may distract me during my work. I do this before I work. (here is some videos explaining it, One of my favourites by lavendaire and another by her.) It is where you write in a journal, for however long you like and it is all unedited, if balh blah blah comes into your mind just write it.
3. Clear Space. A clear space = an empty mind. So make sure you only have things out that you need, and every little interval have a quick tidy up. Have your desk space nice and clear, so again there are no distractions.
4. Take breaks. It is okay to half way through have a little break, to ease your mind so you can get back to work refreshed and ready.
5. Write to-dos and then break it down. Write a list of all the things that need to be accomplished. Leave a little space underneath, so you can break down the task, to make it less overwhelming.
Thank you so much for reading this blog post I hope you can find it bit easier to work, and find you can be more productive with your day. I also have a YouTube channel.

How To Make A Minimalist Room Cosy
How To Turn A Minimalist Room More Cosy And Less Cold And Meaningless.....
When we moved and I was redecorating I was decorating for a minimalist (Well it is a long story, but at first I hate quite a cluttered room, then later realised that clutter was no longer was needed.) Room I found it hard to have a cosy feeling. Often I don't want my room to be cosy, just clean and nothing-ee. So I have some ways to find the perfect medium, or a clean and nothing-ee to a super cosy room very quickly.
The Perfect medium ways:
Plain white sheets, but layered with blankets
Have plain white sheets on your bed, to then add some fluffy and cosy throws over the bed. But don't make these blankets to pattern crazy, or colour crazy. Just soft colours, it is softer for your eyes.
Plain Tealights
Just regular tealights. You can put them away afterwards. They make a cosy, cosy feel. But unlike big candles, they have a more minimalist look.
Himalayan salt lamp
This I think everybody should have, if you have a nothing NOTHING room or well the opposite. They give of the most beautiful glow, and I think this is what they do, they get rid of negative ions I am not sure, you can look into if your interested. But these I really love. I have mine on the WHOLE time, there amazing.
From minimalist to a spa:
hidden fairy lights by day
Fairy lights, they make a room feel more calm. But in the day you cant see them. (So for them to be hidden make sure you cannot see the cables, or battery bit.
Again tealights
I am mentioning these again, because what I do is hide them in a organised way underneath the sofa, that way you can't see them but most nights you can take them out and burn them to make a very spa like place.
Calm and soft lighting
Lighting can make a huge difference. I like to only have my Himalayan salt lamp on, and nothing else. Or dim down you lights all the way. But I prefer a Himalayan salt lamp.
Lavender smelling room
Lavender is a very calming scent as most people know. But I love to put the essential oil in a spray bottle with water and spray it all around my room. And although you can't see it it makes the room much more cosy.
Calm meditation music
Put some music on, from spotify ( My favourite it peaceful meditation,) and it will feel like a spa in your room. And again your room is more minimal because you can't see it.
Thank you so much for reading. I have so many more blog posts like this one where I show you my desk space. I also have a YouTube channel where I post every Monday! See you on Friday for a brand new post.

How I Work Towards My Dream Life
What I use And How I Plan To Live My dream Life.....
(I doubled this Monday's post with a Video.)
1 The first thing I do is morning pages, I have talked about this many times on my blog. It is stream of consciousness , where you write for however long you want, unedited, and anything that comes into your mind write it. This helps me to come out with things that inspire me, and goals.
2 This is an exercise that came up with to help you see who you really want to be. You first start of with doing stream of consciousness, but focused on only things that inspire me and make me joyful. Then I will read that back and I will see what inspires because I find it better to see it in words. I then start writing a normal day, a normal day in my dream life. I can then find out who I want to be. I really love this exercise and find it really helpful.
3 Yoga is an amazing way to organise thoughts. Or if you would rather just sit and do meditation, because yoga isn't your thing, then that will work possible even better because you are not moving and focusing on two things. I love to do either to organise thoughts and really dig deep to who you want to be.
4 Another way to work towards your dream life is to just experiment. This is if your at the start and you have no clue about yourself then experimenting is a good way to find things and inspiration.
5 Lastly something adding onto number 4 is to make a pinterest board and see what makes you happy and makes you think WOW I love that how amazing is that. ( My Pinterest.)
Thank you so much for reading hopefully you can now be a couple steps closer to living your dream life. I also have a YouTube channel I would love for you to check that out.

February Bullet Journal
My February Bullet Journal Set Up.....
On the first page in my February set up, I have the same as last month because I really enjoyed using that and found it really helpful. It is the monthly spread I think.
Next to that page you can see a free space for any video and blog ideas. Pretty straight forward. I do still have a quite empty one from last month, but I just wanted to start a fresh page for it.
Then again on the third and fourth pages I have that same blog and video planner from last month. I really really, really enjoyed that. But this time I put them on a double spread, so the pages are next to each other.
After those pages I have added some more personal pages, I was never going to use this for personal things but I though I would give it a go. So for those personal I pages, number 1 is February goals, then a page that every day I can list a few things I am grateful for. I do already have a notebook for gratitude, so I am not sure how this will go, but I am interested to see. For my gratitude I have written the 1,2,3 ... down the page and I am just going to list a few things from that day that I am grateful for.
Lastly I am trying out a weekly spread that I am going to use for a busy week that I want to plan out. For this I have Monday at the top with bullet points down the side, so I can write things to accomplish that day, then below that there is a header for Tuesday with bullet points, and so on and so on.
Thank you so much fro reading. I have so may more for you to check out, including my last months set up and overview. I also have a YouTube Channel if you want to watch a couple videos.

Desk Tour
What My Desk Looks Like....
This is a little overview of my desk. My desk is from ikea and it is called the MICKE desk and I did of the top shelves and the whiteboard, but I unscrewed them so I can have it facing the window. but there also is one you can buy already without the top already.
Then in the top drawer, this is where I keep most desk like things. Stationery pretty much.
In the middle of the desk i have this organisation thing, and in the middle I have some beautiful pastel highlighters. There is not much to say there highlighters, but there are really pretty.
Then on the other side I have this ruler from Ohh deer, this is such a pretty ruler. But I also have a Zoella one which came in a set, with a rubber and a lot more.
Next to the highlighters I have a pair of regular scissors, and some washy tape from that Zoella set.
Next to the organisation thing, I have a vintage pot, that my dad kindly gifted to me when I went to his work in London. In this I keep my pens and pencils.
On the the other side is a Kate Spade Stationary box. If find this super helpful because it has everything you need just in there, I also received this fro xmas a couple years ago.
Then below that there is a mini acrylic Shelf//storage.
In the top shelf there are some clips from the Zoella set.
In the second shelf I have a ton of rubbers!
In the last shelf I have two sharpeners, one gold and one copper.
above the little kate spade set I just have some pink post-it notes and white labels. Very essential.
Moving onto the side drawer and cupboard. In the cupboard I just have all my notebooks, and this happy post where you post little notes into a box then when your feeling a bit down you can read them and remind yourself there is good times it not all awful.
Then moving on to the small drawer above I just keep some important pieces of paper, a book called a thousand paths to mindfulness , a hand cream from zoella 'wonder hand', some light bulbs for my light my diary.
On the top of my desk (The right hand side.) I have a calendar again from Zoella. Then in front a candle.
Onto the left hand side I have a clock, and this little tea light that smell incredible (From Primark.)
I also have a lamp on my desk from Ikea but I can't seem to find on the website
.
Lastly on my window I just have a post-it saying DRINK WATER! And then next to it my new years resolutions and goals.
Thank you so much for reading! I also have a YouTube channel. Which I post every Monday on, and on here Monday and Friday.

Things I Use To Organise.
What Methods I Use To Organise Different Things....
For work, blog and YouTube work, I have a bullet journal and I explain for about me bullet journal in my last BLOG POST. I really love having this to stay organised and make sure I am scheduling ahead of time.
Then for uploads and keeping that organised I just use the calendar on my laptop. It is really handy, even though I sort of have it in my bullet journal, to see when and what I am uploading.
But I don't use my bullet journal for the little to-dos not for work or my personal life. So for my little to-dos I use Wunderlist. It is an amazing app for the little to-dos for the future.
Lastly my day-to-day To dos I just use a little notepad that I wright each night (For the morning) my to-dos for the day and things I want to do, then at the end of the day I rip it of and start fresh for the next day.
I also use this notepad to jot down any quick ideas so then I can remember to put into its right app or notebook.
Thank you for reading! I hope you had a good time reading and I have tons more for you to check out, but if you prefer videos I have a YouTube Channel, I post on there every Monday and here Monday and Friday.

January Bullet Journal Overview
What My Bullet Journal Looks Like Through January.....
In my last post I said that I used to have bullet journal but didn't use it. Back then I didn't realise how much you can tailor it for your own use, of course it was my first time, and I am not expecting myself to know everything my first time. But here is my new and improved bullet journal. And I know it is pretty much mid January but I want to have a bullet journal and may as well just start one. Also my bullet journal isn't all crafty and artsy, I just need a place to see everything clearly and I just quite enjoy the minimal look.
This isn't my full bullet journal, it is only January because that is all I have. I am testing some layouts and I am still not sure if I will always use them. In this blog post I am not so much explaining what a bullet journal is but here is my favourite videos explaining it here
Here is the cover it is a LEUCHTTURM 1917 white dotted, and please if you are going to buy a bullet journal get the dotted it is a huge life saver, and with this notebook the pages are numbered also, which is a huge help.
When you first open the book you see my name, then you turn the page and you have your index. I love using the bullet journal because it has this index it really helps me find any pages as my bullet journal is a little bit everywhere.
I currently do not have anything on the first page I won't to leave that blank for something special. But on the second is my monthly overview. Then next it I have this grid and above it I have the first letter to any habit I want to keep up, and this is a nice way to see how often I do these healthy habits.
On the other side of the book there is a much larger grid and that is a weekly overview. It is not something I fill in each week, it is more of a week routine. It includes things like, take photos for next Mondays block post, go for a run ext...
On page four four it is pretty straight forward, just a place for me to write some blog post// video ideas.
Next to that page there is a video planner where on the left you write the date the video is uploading, next to it is the video name, and then a place for me tick that I have filmed it edited and uploaded.
The last page is just the same as the video planner but for my blog.
Thank you so much for reading there is some suggestions on blog posts below, but if you prefer to watch some videos I have a YouTube channel. I hope this is inspired you to start your own bullet journal it really helps me to organise my work.

Ways to fill your notebooks.
Stream of consciousness// Morning pages
I think I may have mentioned this before, but it is my favourite way to fill my notebook. Stream of consciousness is where you write anything and everything that comes to your mind, unedited and i do this every morning and i fill one or two A4 pages, but if you can only do one A5 then thats fine, suit it to you. I also have a notebook like this, but next my bed and so i write in this one before I sleep, because I tend to think about a lot before I sleep and this is a way to get it all out.
Gratitude journal
A gratitude journal (Just like in the name,) is a journal where you can write in monthly, weekly or daily and you write about things your grateful for. I have a monthly one and a daily one also a quarterly one. This is also one of my favourites, the feeling you get afterwards is incredible.
Bullet journal
There are lots of videos out there on this. my favourite one is by Lily pebbles and the Bullet journal channel is a good one. Its a really organised way of planning. I used to have a bullet journal but didnt find myself using it, only because i didn't have to plan much, but it think it is a really good system.
Current vs future me
This is an exercise where you draw yourself now and how somethings are in your life now, then on the other page you draw yourself a year or two in the future. I love this exercise it is a really good way to see your goals.
BLAGHH
So you might be wondering what I mean with this. This way to fill your notebook is to just write//draw anything. It is way to explode on to the paper and pretty much wreck the journal.
All my ideas
Lastly is pretty obvious and its a way to write down or draw all your ideas and i really love doing this with an index at the front so it is easier to find your ideas.
Thank you so much for reading I have some more blog posts just below here. Also I have a YouTube channel.
