What's In My Bag

What The Inside Of My Bag Looks Like....

THE FRONT POCKET...

(I'm just going to be pulling things out at random.)

So the first thing is a notebook, this is so if I have a blog post idea, or something I need to add to a to-do list.
I can just jot it down and I won't have to have it going round my brain every second.

Then I just have gum, I feel like everyone has gum in there bag. I like the extra white in the flavour bubblegum, I'm not such of a fan of really strong mint flavours so I though bubblegum would be perfect. I always buy the tub they last way longer and the gum actually stays in the container. (Sorry this photo is out of focus, I took about 30 photos, and this was the best one.)

I also have some earbuds, i'm not such a of the colour but they do the job, just for when
you want to listen to some music.
(They are unavailable)

It's getting much. much colder now so I have some gloves in my bag, just for when your feeling a bit chilly.
Primark (Last year.)

Next I have a foldaway shopper, this is for when you need to nip to the shop and grab some milk and bread, and then you've forgotten your plastic bag. So I always have a foldaway bag handy.

So I also have a camera in here, just if there is anything I want to take a photo of. This is the canon
SX610 HS 18x. (Sorry again for focus.)

This in is quite an obvious its my phone, its the Iphone 5s in gold.

Next is my purse it's from jack wills, and it's there coin purse, it's really well priced and it fits more than just coins.

Then I keep these things in the front because the hair brush is to big and I usually tie the hairband on the brush so it doesn't get lost. These things are really handy to have especially if your'e somewhere windy.
brush (Unavailable but can be bought inside of there festival pack) ( Soap and glory.)
hairband (Primark.)

IN THE BACK POCKET....

(Again i'm this is in no order.)

So the first thing is this W7 mega matte lips in the shade cake, this is ok it's your regular nude pinky colour nothing to special, but it does the job.

Next I have some dry shampoo, this is the soap and glory rushower, its great little thing to have in your bag and I really like this product. This is also in a mini.

This one is an essential, a pocket mirror, I feel a lot of people forget to put this in their bag but you always think is my lipstick smudged?
mirror (Primark)

I always keep hand gel in my bag just encase i'm going to get a bite to eat, or I use a public bathroom, and this one smells great, its the bath and body works marshmallow pumpkin latte. (I bought mine of amazon because for some reason they no longer ship to the UK.)

Next is my medical part I keep blister plasters, plasters and ibuprofen encase of emergency.

Last but not least is my powder/powder brush, I get very oily and so this is an essential. use the eco tools mini powder/blush brush and for powder I use the rimmel clear complexion/tient radieux clarifying powder.

My morning routine

What My Morning Looks Like.....

So first of all I wake up around 7:30 am, and usually go straight on my computer to go through Instagram I don't stay on here for long, because in the back of my brain it's going through all the things I need to get done, I don't always do this step,

Then I always try to start my day by making my bed, It makes your room look so much more tidy  and it takes no effort at all.

After that I walk over to my office, and do my morning pages and also check my wunderlist for the things I have to-do that day.

Then I will walk  over to my bathroom, then I'll wash of the dirt that I may have been on my face.

And then pat my face dry.

Then I'll go grab my tooth brush of its charging stand, grab my toothpaste and brush away.

After that I'll head over to my dressing table, and spritz on my Neals Yard re-hydrating rose toner, (which i decanted into a spritzer.)

Then I'll gently rub in my moisturiser.

After that I'll take my hair out of the ponytail, re-do my parting, and put a bit of dry shampoo into my hair to take away an grease, and give my hair a bit of volume.

I'll usually put a bit of make-up on, like tinted moisturiser, mascara and a nudey pink lip.

After that I walk over to my sofa and try to take half an hour to myself, first by meditating and then I read. I try to meditate for 5-10 minutes and then read a chapter of my book

Next I'll go over to my wardrobe and pick my outfit. I chucked on this jumper dresses over a pair of tights

Then I go down stairs make myself a cup of tea and hot bowl of golden syrup porridge, pop on the TV and fuel myself  to have a productive, hard working day

Make this week a productive one!

This one is is a bit weird, it's the toothpaste I've been using. I've gone through 1 and nearly finished my 2nd. I love this toothpaste because it's natural and really does whiten your teeth.

It's autumn now which means dry dry legs, so I'm using the body shop British rose, (which is my favourite scent)  and I love it, It really moisturises, gets ride of dry skin

The toner I've been using is the re-hydrating rose toner by Neals Yard, and I love because I have little bumps on my cheeks and its almost has gotten ride of them. I've only really used this for 1-2 weeks, but I had to include it because I just love it and think its quite well priced. This toner is also natural and very high quality.

I've been loving lush's daddy-o and American cream conditioner/shampoo combo, I've been using this combo of a year now and I love it it makes my hair silky and soft also by using the Aussie three minute miracle in moisture, its so amazing I use every time a wash my hair which is about 2-3 times a week.

I discovered this from Lavendaire, plastic toothbrushes will go to landfill and never leave earth, but if you use bamboo toothbrushes then they will biodegrade. I thought I would include it so it would inspire some of you.
Music wise other than the Michael Buble Christmas album, I've been loving the Mamma Mia soundtrack, me and my friend have always loved the movie and songs but now its in my Spotify most recently played.

So this is my current everyday bag, I bought from Tkmaxx for a great deal and I love it and (I will be doing a what is in my bag video in the future.) This bag is from GiGi and think that's an American brand.
(the bag is not available)

Have A Lovely Weekend,

how be warm but stylish at the same time

When I look out the window and I see a beautiful crisp cold day it brings me so much joy, but then I walk over to my wardrobe and think oh crap! What the hell do i do now, do i go ugly and warm, or do I go cute and cold.
when you where younger you would obviously go warm and  ugly.
But in this blog post I'm going to show you how to have both!

1. Two pairs of tights: I love wearing dresses and skirts in Autumn I think its a lovely way to stay a bit girly in Autumn, but your legs get so so so cold, but not if you wear two pairs, and if your wearing quite high boots you can wear socks aswell so your feet don't get cold.

In the first picture I'm showing you the two pairs of tights. And in the one below I'm showing how you can't tell.

2. vests and long sleeves: This one is quite obvious but I wanted to mention it anyway because it's a  life saver. I'm going to be saying this quite a bit, It's  2 of most things (i will be saying which ones later in this blog post,) so you can use that with vests, unless you get claustrophobic, then 2 of most things won't be the tip for you.
Long sleeves are great when its a bit colder and you do get a bit claustrophobic in two vests when it gets colder, i don't recommend wearing two of these, even in English weather you'll get to hot, with your big winter coats and a huge jumper and so much more.

In the first picture I'm showing how it won't make a difference to your outfit if you wear a vest/long sleeve top, and In the second I'm showing the vest/ long sleeve top

3. Form fitting dresses under skirts: I love wearing skirts in Autumn i think there so pretty and another way to re-use some Summer clothing, but it comes with a price, your upper legs being so cold as soon as you put It on you take it straight of, without even walking out the door. But if you put a tight form fitting dress it can be a spaghetti strap or long sleeve, depending if your wearing this in September or in December. I personally, went out to primark and bought one for three pounds, I also know that if you want a little more warmth and quality, than you can go to M&S and they will sell a slip that is a little more thermal(theses slips also work to suck in body, so say you were in-between an 8 or a 10 then you can buy a size 8, and wear this slip so it fits a bit better)  you can also tuck it in to your tights for more warmth, and just in-case the wind blows you don't look a bit odd, you can also be wearing 2 pairs of tights. This may seem a bit excessive, but when it gets closer to winter you'll be frozen.

in the first picture I'm showing you the dress and how it will look,  In the second I'm showing how it will look tucked in, and the final one is showing that it will look like your just wearing a skirt tights and jumper top

4.tights/leggings under jeans: I think jeans look great and there easy to throw on with a jumper, but your legs are always shivering in them, but not if you wear leggings or tights underneath, if your wearing tights wear them with wellies and if your feet get cold you can also with socks with theses and you'll get the added warmth from the feet of the tights, or if your wearing trainers and you don't want it to look you have black all around and ankles , and its just not a good look, then wear leggings, leggings are also warmer and i bit nicer if you want to wear socks (but you don't get the extra warmth from the feet of the tights.) you can also tuck a vest/long sleeve into the tights/leggings

in the first picture I'm showing the leggings underneath the jeans, and in the last one I'm showing how it will look and how it doesn't make your legs look chubby.

5. trench coats: I love trench coats i think there my favourite coats of them all for SPRING, but its hard to wear them in autumn I think you get away with it for most of September, but then there is November and October and maybe i little bit of December, but I usually go for my big  winter coat, but if you know that your just going to be wearing the trench coat than it will be fine. Want you to do (and this applies for the 2 of everything) wear 2 quite *form fitting jumpers (what i mean by that is that there not boxy or to thick other wise you'll look quite chubby) underneath the coat and a vest and that way you'll stay nice and but still look stylish.
2 OF EVERYTHING: Tights, jumpers ( not thick or to boxy) and vests, I don't advise your wear two pairs of jeans.
