I Wore My Pintrest Board For A Week

A week of wearing outfits that I saved to my Pintrest Board.....

( I also did a YouTube video on there just HERE.)

(But with a twist I have not bought anything for it, so I am going to have to just try my best!)

On my pintrest boards about fashion I have a lot of friends, a YouTuber called Jusuf and just a LOT of summer, and currently it is February so I am going to be cold!

Day 1:
I wore a pair of mom jeans from weekday but I bought them on ASOS. I then put it with the Francesca Sweater from brandy.
This is inspired by Monica Geller, then only thing that changed is her sweater is red and mines green, but I think this one was really good, comfy and a lot like hers.

Day 2:
For day 2 I wore a black strappy dress with a brandy melville  Wrap Top. This outfit isn't a specific one, but if you look on my pintrest there are a lot of wrap dresses and t-shirt dresses, so I made this outfit which is kind of like both put together. I really love this and would have never thought to put them together, but it looks really pretty.

Day 3:
On the third day I copied a t-shirt with blue and red fine stripes. Then some light-ish blue jeans, but it wasn't to clear in the picture. So for my outfit I had to wear a plain white, but it didn't have the same neckline and then not the stripes. And wore it with my mom jeans from ASOS.

Day 4:
Today I started with one  outfit, but I really wasn't sure if i liked it so, I changed. (See the outfit is started with on the video.) I ended up going with, a pyjama outfit. A pair of checker bottoms, and a plain white top. This was an outfit inspired by friends, Jennifer Aniston, and just random picture from pintrest that I love.

Day 5:
The 5th day i wore an outfit that I love and would most definitely wear again, it is a chunky loose knit, with the same jeans! This outfit was extremely like the picture, except that the top she wore was more of a t shirt and mine was, as I said a chunky loose knit.

Day 6:
For the second to last to day, I wore another outfit from friends. This one included a plain black top with the same jeans. I loved this outfit, and it was so simple and easy, a go to outfit! (The jeans are always the same, and the top is from primark.)

Day 7:
The last day! For today I copied on outfit from the company called frankie phoenix, they have really lovely things in there and i am pretty sure they ship to the UK. Anyways i wore a High neck top and a Chunky knitted cardigan, with the jeans again.

Thank you so much for reading I really hope you enjoyed this post! I post ever Monday and Friday. I have a YouTube Channel where I post every Monday.

Ways To Stay Focused, And Not Procrastinate

Some Ways I Found Helpful To Stay Focused....

1. Music. One of my favourite ways to get my head down and work, is to listen to a playlist on Spotify (Called yoga and meditation, if the link does not work.) I find I can hear no distractions and it really helps me.

2. Stream Of Consciousness. This really help me to get rid of any thoughts that may distract me during my work. I do this before I work. (here is some videos explaining it, One of my favourites by lavendaire and another by her.) It is where you write in a journal, for however long you like and it is all unedited, if balh blah blah comes into your mind just write it.

3. Clear Space. A clear space = an empty mind. So make sure you only have things out that you need, and every little interval have a quick tidy up. Have your desk space nice and clear, so again there are no distractions.

4. Take breaks. It is okay to half way through have a little break, to ease your mind so you can get back to work refreshed and ready.

5. Write to-dos and then break it down. Write a list of all the things that need to be accomplished. Leave a little space underneath, so you can break down the task, to make it less overwhelming.

Thank you so much for reading this blog post I hope you can find it bit easier to work, and find you can be more productive with your day. I also have a YouTube channel.

How To Make A Minimalist Room Cosy

How To Turn A Minimalist Room More Cosy And Less Cold And Meaningless.....

When we moved and I was redecorating I was decorating for a minimalist (Well it is a long story, but at first I hate quite a cluttered room, then later realised that clutter was no longer was needed.) Room I found it hard to have a cosy feeling. Often I don't want my room to be cosy, just clean and nothing-ee. So I have some ways to find the perfect medium, or a clean and nothing-ee to a super cosy room very quickly.

The Perfect medium ways:

Plain white sheets, but layered with blankets

Have plain white sheets on your bed, to then add some fluffy and cosy throws over the bed. But don't make these blankets to pattern crazy, or colour crazy. Just soft colours, it is softer for your eyes.

Plain Tealights

Just regular tealights. You can put them away afterwards. They make a cosy, cosy feel. But unlike big candles, they have a more minimalist look.

Himalayan salt lamp

This I think everybody should have, if you have a nothing NOTHING room or well the opposite. They give of the most beautiful glow, and I think this is what they do, they get rid of negative ions I am not sure, you can look into if your interested. But these I really love. I have mine on the WHOLE time, there amazing.

From minimalist to a spa:

hidden fairy lights by day

Fairy lights, they make a room feel more calm. But in the day you cant see them. (So for them to be hidden make sure you cannot see the cables, or battery bit.

Again tealights

I am mentioning these again, because what I do is hide them in a organised way underneath the sofa, that way you can't see them but most nights you can take them out and burn them to make a very spa like place.

Calm and soft lighting

Lighting can make a huge difference. I like to only have my Himalayan salt lamp on, and nothing else. Or dim down you lights all the way. But I prefer a Himalayan salt lamp.

Lavender smelling room

Lavender is a very calming scent as most people know. But I love to put the essential oil in a spray bottle with water and spray it all around my room. And although you can't see it it makes the room much more cosy.

Calm meditation music

Put some music on, from spotify ( My favourite it peaceful meditation,) and it will feel like a spa in your room. And again your room is more minimal because you can't see it.

Thank you so much for reading. I have so many more blog posts like this one where I show you my desk space. I also have a YouTube channel where I post every Monday! See you on Friday for a brand new post.

Morning Skincare Routine

What Skincare I Use On A Fresh New Day.....

I firstly splash some water on my face to then put on my face wash. This one is by L'Occitane and its there shea foaming cleanser. I love this so much because it really makes my skin moisturised and soft, but also cleansing. This also helps with blackheads, but i think that is mainly to-do with my electric facial washer by love my skin this is such an amazing product, and i have found it to really  help with blemishes and blackheads.

Next I walk over to mirror on the floor to start with some more products.

Okay I now use Toner I love this one by neals yard, this is there rose re hydrate. This one again I find to help with blemishes, to prevent them and to remove them. I can really see when I haven't used this.

After that I go in with the product that has massively and almost magically changed my skin. This is White Willow. I have mentioned this multiple times, but this is amazing it started working instantly and made a huge difference instantly ( And by instantly I mean overnight!) This helps with little red or clear bumps on your skin, trust me I know how annoying they are but this will remove them pretty quick, at least they did for me.

Then I don' t always do this step but, I put Tea Tree oil on my blemishes. Another amazing help really clears them up. But like I said I only do this when I have them.

The last step is moisturiser, and I do have oily skin, but this actually helps, for many different reasons of which I am not going to bore you with. In the morning I use the body shop Seaweed oil control gel cream. As it says in the title it deals with oil, and may I say that it deals with it very well. I have noticed a huge, huge difference using this.

Thank you so much for reading my morning skincare routine. I also did an Evening Skincare Routine. I have a YouTube channel as well.

How I Work Towards My Dream Life

What I use And How I Plan To Live My dream Life.....

(I doubled this Monday's post with a Video.)

1  The first thing I do is morning pages, I have talked about this many times on my blog. It is stream of consciousness , where you write for however long you want, unedited, and anything that comes into your mind write it. This helps me to come out with things that inspire me, and goals.

2  This is an exercise that  came up with to help you see who you really want to be. You first start of with doing stream of consciousness, but focused on only things that inspire me and make me joyful. Then I will read that back and I will see what inspires because I find it better to see it in words. I then start writing a normal day, a normal day in my dream life. I can then find out who I want to be. I really love this exercise and find it really helpful.

3  Yoga is an amazing way to organise thoughts. Or if you would rather just sit and do meditation, because yoga isn't your thing, then that will work possible even better because you are not moving and focusing on two things. I love to do either to organise thoughts and really dig deep to who you want to be.

4  Another way to work towards your dream life is to just experiment. This is if your at the start and you have no clue about yourself then experimenting is a good way to find things and inspiration.

5 Lastly something adding onto number 4 is to make a pinterest board and see what makes you happy and makes you think WOW I love that how amazing is that. ( My Pinterest.)

Thank you so much for reading hopefully you can now be a couple steps closer to living your dream life. I also have a YouTube channel I would love for you to check that out.

What Helps Clear My Skin

Things That I Have Found That Helps My Skin....

(I have listed 3 things on here that help my skin and 6 more in a YouTube Video.)

To start with everybody has different skin so not all these things will work, and some of these things are very harsh and I will mention if they are harsh, so maybe if you have sensitive skin don't try these or find a way around it.

My Skin Type:

I have oily//combination skin so my pores get quite clogged. I don't have sensitive skin also. I don't have that bad skin at least I think and I am so very grateful for that, I get some blemishes and a lot of blackheads.

The first and main thing that helped is Tea Tree Oil, and actually a lot of essential oils, they are an amazing natural remedy's, so defiantly have a look into those. What I do to apply my tea tree oil, is soak a cotton bud in it a place it straight onto my blemishes. Now if you have sensitive skin this may not be great, or at least diluted it, and if it burns wipe it straight off, it may burn a little but if your not comfortable with that take it straight off. So I would use this at your own risk it is very harsh.

Secondly is a scrub, its the St. Ives naturally clear blemish fighting scrub. This so incredible I love it. But I use once every 1 and 1/2 weeks because again very harsh, it is not a gentle scrub, but I don't have any trouble with a harsh scrub, but still am careful because it will soon start causing damage. Yes it just really gets out any blackheads, really helps my blemishes and also helps prevent them.

Pore strips, so simple, but they work a charm. I love to use the Biore Ultra Deep Cleansing strips or there Charcoal ones there also really good. The strips really get into your pores, and even though there expensive, none work quite as well as these ones do, they also last a while.

Thank you so much for reading I really hope enjoyed and gave you some ideas to clear up your skin.
I also have a YouTube channel if you want to check that out also.

February Bullet Journal

My February Bullet Journal Set Up.....

On the first page in my February set up, I have the same as last month because I really enjoyed using that and found it really helpful. It is the monthly spread I think.

Next to that page you can see a free space for any video and blog ideas. Pretty straight forward. I do still have a quite empty one from last month, but I just wanted to start a fresh page for it.

Then again on the third and fourth pages I have that same blog and video planner from last month. I really really, really enjoyed that. But this time I  put them on a double spread, so the pages are next to each other.

After those pages I have added some more personal pages, I was never going to use this for personal things but I though I would give it a go. So for those personal I pages, number 1 is February goals, then a page that every day I can list a few things I am grateful for. I do already have a notebook for gratitude, so I am not sure how this will go, but I am interested to see. For my gratitude I have written  the 1,2,3 ... down the page and I am just going to list a few things from that day that I am grateful for.

Lastly I am trying out a weekly spread that I am going to use for a busy week that I want to plan out. For this I have Monday at the top with bullet points down the side, so I can write things to accomplish that day, then below that there is a header for Tuesday with bullet points, and so on and so on.

Thank you so much fro reading. I have so may more for you to check out, including my last months set up and overview. I also have a YouTube Channel if you want to watch a couple videos.
